Learn to knit the Siska Beanie by Tara-Lynn Morrison in this two-part workshop! This cozy beanie is a great project for learning the basics of knitting in the round on circular needles.

Over two sessions, we’ll learn how to cast on and join your work in the round, knit on circular needles, and shape the crown with decreases as we work through the construction of the beanie from start to finish.

Materials

1 skein of Malabrigo Rasta and stitch markers.

You can purchase your materials at the beginning of the first class, so there’s no need to come in early or stop by before the first session to shop. If you already have suitable yarn and needles at home, you’re welcome to bring them with you.

US 13 / 9 mm, 16" circular needle.

Skill level - Beginner

Students should know how to knit and purl. No previous experience knitting in the round is required.
