Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. The following rates apply at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: $6.50 — estimated 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: $9.45 — estimated 2–3 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Morro Bay location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
