Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

All items may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in undamaged packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the item. Store credit can be used in-store or online and does not expire.

To start a return, please contact us at info@morrobayyarn.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to complete your return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or special orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
