Join us for this two-session class to knit the beautiful Shift Cowl by Andrea Mowry.
This cowl is the perfect all-the-time accessory, ideal for Morro Bay weather! Its a fun and engaging knit with shifting colors, that looks like an asymmetrical triangle shawl, and it only takes a fiddle-free second to throw it on as the finish to every outfit! Throughout the class, you’ll learn the skills needed to confidently knit this cowl while working alongside a supportive group.

Class 1 We’ll discuss yarn colors, choosing contrasting colors, and gauge. Then we’ll get cast on and learn how to work the mosaic colorwork stitches.
Class 2 We will continue working on mosaic colorwork, talk about how to fix mistakes, and discuss how to seam up and finish the cowl.
The class fee includes the Shift Cowl pattern. Materials are not included.
Needed Materials • US 5 / 3.75 mm circular needles in 24" length • Sport weight yarn (we recommend Edition 3 by Schoppel-Wolle) • Stitch markers • Tapestry needle
